Incorporated in 2005, Philsouth Properties and Development Corporation is a duly licensed contractor/developer located in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Its principal business includes planning, development and conceptualization of various real estate developments and mixed-used properties in Negros Oriental.
From 2005 to present, the company has launched a total of thirteen (13) major projects across the province. It has an impressive portfolio of real estate landmarks that has transformed community living in Negros Oriental.
The progressive transformation will set a new direction for the company as it takes the higher ground in pursuing real estate endeavors in the province and for future expansion in nearby provinces. The company is committed to redefine long term outlook to foster true community building.
